iPhone SE 4 to Utilize iPhone 14 Battery for Enhanced Performance
The upcoming iPhone SE 4, codenamed D59, is expected to reuse the same battery as the base model iPhone 14, according to leaked information. The A2863 battery used in the iPhone 14 will provide an improved capacity of 3279 mAh, compared to the 2018 mAh battery in the current iPhone SE 3, potentially resulting in longer battery life. Apple's decision to reuse existing parts, including the battery, helps maintain the device's affordability and aligns with their previous approach with the iPhone SE line. Other expected upgrades for the iPhone SE 4 include a new design based on the iPhone 14, an Action button, and a USB-C port.
