Samsung's upcoming Exynos 2500, also known as the Dream Chip, will reportedly feature a 10-core CPU cluster similar to the Exynos 2400, but with the addition of the new Cortex-X5 and Cortex-A730 cores. Despite the switch to Cortex-X5, the clock speed differences are expected to be minimal, with frequencies tested in the 3.20GHz to 3.30GHz range. The chipset is anticipated to be manufactured on Samsung's advanced 3nm GAA process, potentially setting new performance standards in the flagship chipset space.
