A candlelight vigil was held in Delaware to honor fallen trooper Cpl. Matthew 'Ty' Snook, who was shot and killed while working an overtime shift, with his family speaking publicly for the first time and the community showing support. A celebration of life is scheduled at the University of Delaware.
