David Choe's 'Rapey Behavior' Comments Resurface, Sparks Backlash and Copyright Controversy

Actor David Choe, who stars in Netflix's Beef, has used copyright laws to have Twitter take down resurfaced audio clips from a 2014 episode of the now-defunct podcast DVDASA, where he admitted to "rapey behavior." Choe seemingly shielded himself from backlash by citing copyright infringement. In the clips, Choe retells a story where he forced a masseuse into performing oral sex on him. Choe had already denied the story in 2014, saying that his podcast was not a news show and that the stories were not fact.
