"UPS Impersonator Arrested for Coon Rapids Triple Homicide"

Alonzo Mingo, a 37-year-old Fridley man, allegedly dressed as a UPS worker and fatally shot three people inside a Coon Rapids home. The victims were identified as 42-year-old Shannon Patricia Trejo, her husband 39-year-old Mario Trejo, and Shannon's 20-year-old son, Jorge Reyes-Jungwirth. Mingo was charged with three felony counts of second-degree murder and could face up to 40 years in prison if convicted. Surveillance footage showed Mingo and two others entering the home, with Mingo holding the victims at gunpoint and demanding money before fatally shooting Shannon. Mingo, who had worked at UPS until early January, was arrested and bail was set at $500,000.
