Escaped Arkansas ex-police chief and killer recaptured after two-week manhunt
Grant Hardin, a former Arkansas police chief convicted of rape and murder, was recaptured after escaping from prison nearly two weeks ago by impersonating a corrections officer, and was found near an Izard County creek with the help of law enforcement and tracking dogs.
