Russia's Military and IT Sectors Look to Foreign Workers for Growth
The Russian Defence Ministry plans to recruit 400,000 new contract service personnel to the Russian army starting from April 1. The recruitment process will be carried out by military enlistment offices, with governors responsible for implementing the plan. Several regions have already been assigned specific recruitment targets, with Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk oblasts needing 10,000 recruits and Perm Krai needing 9,000.
