Dominant Chinese Taipei pitcher leads rain-shortened Little League World Series quarterfinals
New Albany's hopes of winning the Little League World Series took a hit as they lost to El Segundo in a rain-shortened game. El Segundo rallied from a 3-1 deficit to win 4-3 in four innings. New Albany will now have to win five straight games in the consolation bracket to reach the championship series.
