Kaiser's Risant Health Acquires Cone Health
Cone Health has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Risant Health, a nonprofit organization created by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, will allow Cone Health to continue operating independently while expanding access to value-based care. Cone Health's branding, board, CEO, and leadership team will remain unchanged.
