San Francisco's West Side and Outer Sunset to See New 50-55 Story Condo Towers
Renderings of a proposed 55-story condo tower in San Francisco's Outer Sunset neighborhood have been released by the project's architects, Solomon Cordwell Buenz. The tower, proposed by Reno real estate company CH Planning LLC, would have 646 units and be located at 2700 Sloat Blvd. However, the proposed height of over 500 feet is too tall for zoning regulations, even with the "state density bonus." The site is two blocks from Ocean Beach and across Sloat Boulevard from the zoo.
