New York Approves Multiple Dispensary and Retail Pot Licenses in Western Region.
The Cannabis Control Board approved 99 Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) licenses, including four for Western New York. The approved businesses and owners are Aaron Van Camp, AMSM LLC owned by Gina and Glen Miller, Flower City Shop LLC owned by Jamie Donato-Rivera and Phetnakhone Duangtavilay, and Premier Earth Corp owned by Joseph Wojciechowski. This is the first time licenses have been approved in the Western New York region, with 18 more set to be awarded for a total of 22 CAURD businesses in WNY.
