La Dune, a Southampton compound with 400 feet of oceanfront, is heading to auction after previously being listed for $150 million. The estate, owned by French-Canadian art publisher Louise Blouin, features two homes, two pools, and a sunken tennis court. The bidding process begins on January 12 and ends on January 24 at Sotheby's inaugural "Visions of America" event. There is no minimum bid, and bidders will need to put up a $500,000 deposit. The goal is to find a new buyer and maximize value for all stakeholders.
