NR Investments plans to turn the former Greenville Memorial Auditorium site into a mixed-use development featuring 294 apartments and 8,000 square feet of retail space. The development will include two interconnected towers, a public plaza, and a bridge connecting the property with the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The project aims to create a new entertainment district in Greenville and will go before the city's Design Review Board on April 6. If approved, the group hopes to break ground between the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
