Arrests Made in Fatal Shooting of Maryland Toddler
Two suspects, Israel Fuentes Jr. and Johnny Alejandro Turcios, have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 2-year-old Jeremy Poou-Caceres in Maryland.
