
Sports Illustrated and Travel + Leisure Co. Collaborate to Launch College Town Resort Brand
Travel + Leisure Co. has partnered with Sports Illustrated to launch a new resort brand focused on college towns. The brand will offer full-service hotels, vacation clubs, and residential condos in popular college towns with dedicated fan bases. The first project is set to open in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in late 2025, with future locations to be announced. The resorts will feature sports-influenced design, branded attractions, live-action sports and entertainment, dining, and wellness facilities. The partnership aims to provide unique experiences for college sports fans and leverage the iconic Sports Illustrated brand.
