Bucs' Mike Evans to undergo surgery after collarbone injury
Mike Evans, a receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has chosen to undergo surgery for his broken right collarbone in an effort to potentially return to play before the end of the season, after also suffering a concussion during a game.
