'Yellowstone' Creator Taylor Sheridan Files Lawsuit Against Cole Hauser's Coffee Brand
Taylor Sheridan, creator of the TV series Yellowstone, has filed a lawsuit against actor Cole Hauser's coffee brand, Free Rein, alleging trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising. The lawsuit claims that Free Rein's logo is confusingly similar to Sheridan's Bosque Ranch brand. Both Sheridan and Hauser recently entered the coffee business, with Sheridan partnering with Community Coffee and Hauser launching his own brand. Yellowstone is currently in its final season, with Costner's departure and a sequel series planned.
