Kelly Ripa's Struggle with Sexism and Unfair Treatment at 'Live'
Kelly Ripa opened up about her struggles at Disney's "Live with Regis and Kelly," including being kept in the dark about co-hosts' exits, a lack of benefits, no wardrobe budget, and having to work from a janitor's closet and use a public bathroom. Ripa also felt she played runner-up to male co-hosts and only received fair pay when she threatened to leave. She will soon be paired with her husband, Mark Consuelos, after Ryan Seacrest departs on April 14.
