AWS Outages Impact Major Websites, But Ethereum Remains Stable.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a minor outage in the US, but it did not significantly impact the Ethereum network nodes, which largely rely on AWS hosting. However, Ethereum's high reliance on AWS is a worrying sign for the decentralization of the network. Ethereum advocate Evan Van Ness noted that the impact may have been more significant if the outage was in Europe due to the amount of Ether staked on Lido, which is currently around 7.1 million or 35% of the total.
