
Clayco's Expansion: Former Express Scripts Building Purchase, $8.5M Bond Issuances, and 400 New Jobs
Construction and design firm Clayco plans to consolidate its St. Louis operations by purchasing and renovating the former Express Scripts building, adding 400 jobs and revitalizing the high-profile location. The $49.5 million project will transform the building into a one-stop shop for architecture, engineering, and construction services. The Missouri Development Finance Board approved $2.5 million in state assistance for the project. Additionally, the board approved $6 million in state aid for Boeing's expansion near St. Louis Lambert International Airport, which includes a $1.8 billion investment and the creation of over 500 new jobs.
