Noah Song Shines in Perfect Inning Return for Phillies
Philadelphia Phillies prospect Noah Song, who recently returned from active duty in the U.S. Navy, pitched a perfect inning for Class A Clearwater in his first game since joining the organization. The 26-year-old right-hander struck out one batter and threw seven of 12 pitches for strikes. Song, known for his upper 90s mph fastball, had an impressive record during his senior year at Navy and was selected by the Phillies in the winter meeting draft.
