Facebook users have until Friday to file a claim for a share of the $725 million settlement in a class action lawsuit against Meta, alleging the sharing of personal information with third parties. A&W soda and Batiste dry shampoo customers also have settlement opportunities. A&W Concentrate Co. and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. settled a $15 million lawsuit for falsely advertising their root beer and cream soda as containing real vanilla. Batiste settled a $2.5 million lawsuit claiming their dry shampoo products contained a cancer-causing chemical. Claim deadlines for A&W and Batiste are October 18 and November 15, respectively.
