Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn is active for the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars after passing a pregame test on his injured toe. However, CJ Henderson is inactive, alongside Troy Hill, Ricky Lee, Ilm Manning, Terrace Marshall Jr., Mike Strachan, and Chris Wormley. The Panthers have also activated J.D. DiRenzo and AJ Parker from the practice squad for the game.
