Russian invaders fired artillery and mortars at border and frontline settlements of three districts of Kharkiv region, damaging private houses, commercial buildings, and a two-story apartment building, and injuring a civilian man. Police chases in LA result in civilian hospitalization, property damage, and suspect arrests.

Two CHP patrol cars collided with a civilian vehicle during a chase for a speeding motorcycle, causing the civilian car to crash into a fire hydrant and the CHP vehicles to crash into a private home's concrete fence. One civilian was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the home's occupants were unharmed. The motorcyclist was caught on foot down the street from the collision.
