2023 Honda Civic Type R Breaks Front-Wheel Drive Nürburgring Record
The 2023 Honda Civic Type R has set a new front-wheel drive track record at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany with a lap time of 7 minutes 44.881 seconds. The vehicle was fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Connect tires, which improve dry grip and handling. The Civic Type R is the most powerful Honda production vehicle ever sold in the U.S. and has also set lap records at Suzuka.
