
Fatal Plane Crash Near Duluth Claims Two Lives
Two people were killed in a vintage plane crash in the Pequaywan Lake area north of Duluth, Minnesota. The occupants were identified as Bryan Handyside, 60, who lived near the crash site, and Matthew Joseph, 64, who lived in Duluth's Woodland neighborhood. Both men were employed by Duluth-based Cirrus Aircraft, but were on a non-company flight. The cause of the crash is unknown, and National Transportation Safety Board investigators are expected to visit the crash site on Thursday.
