Xbox Showcase Promises No Full CGI Trailers for First-Party Games, Starfield to Impress.

The Xbox Games Showcase on June 11th will feature no 'full CGI trailers' for first-party games, with everything shown being made up of either in-game footage, in-engine footage, or in-game footage with some cinematics. The showcase is doing away with the '12-month rule' and promises to show content that is more representative of what players can expect from upcoming games. The Starfield Direct will take place immediately after the showcase.
