Olivia Wilde and Margaret Zhang both showed up to the 2023 Met Gala wearing the same Chloé dress, albeit in different colors. This marks the first time such a fashion faux pas has occurred at the event. The dress is based on a sketch by Karl Lagerfeld from 1983 and features an embroidered violin connecting the skirt to the top half. Wilde wore a white version with a shorter skirt and gold arm cuffs, while Zhang sported a black version with a longer train, matching cape, sunglasses, and blue hair.
