Apple's transition to its self-designed Silicon chips has resulted in significant performance improvements across generations. Since the M1's debut in 2020, each new chip generation, including the latest M4 series, has shown consistent enhancements in single-core, multi-core, and GPU performance, as evidenced by Geekbench benchmarks.
