A 9-year-old rider was injured after their horse reared up, fell, and died during the World's Championship Horse Show at the Kentucky State Fair. The horse, named Nosey Rosey, suffered a sudden medical episode while waiting for judges. The rider was evaluated on-site and taken to the hospital. The incident was isolated to horse show class 130, and the horse will undergo a necropsy to determine the cause of death.
