Stepfather of 7-year-old arson suspect arrested on child abuse charge.
A 7-year-old child was arrested and charged with first degree arson after allegedly setting his family's home on fire in West Virginia. The child intentionally set fire to the house with his parents inside, but everyone made it out alive. Two people suffered minor burns. The investigation is ongoing and the nature of the case is sensitive.
