3-year-old shooting leads to murder arrest.
A 3-year-old child accessed a gun and shot two people in Lafayette, Indiana. One of the victims, Trayshaun Smith, was arrested on an active murder warrant from Cook County, Illinois. The injuries sustained were non-life threatening. The investigation is ongoing.
