Multiple Mothers Charged with Killing Children and Faking Abductions
A Maryland mother, Darrian Randle, has been charged with the murder of her 3-year-old daughter after falsely reporting her kidnapping to police, which led to an Amber Alert that was later canceled. Human remains believed to be the child were found in Maryland, and Randle admitted to lying about the kidnapping to divert attention from her boyfriend, Cedrick Britten, who was also charged in connection with the case.
