Joseph Hoek of Sioux Falls has been charged with First Degree Murder and Aggravated Eluding in connection with the incident that resulted in the death of Moody County Chief Deputy Sheriff Ken Prorok. Hoek is currently being held in Madison, with his next hearing scheduled for February 9th.
