Tragic Death of 4-Year-Old Girl in Florida Canal After Wandering from Vacation Home
A four-year-old girl, Evelyn Geer, was found dead after wandering away from a Florida vacation home in Port Charlotte. The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office had been searching for her with an aviation unit and bloodhound. Her body was discovered along the water edge down a canal behind the VRBO home her family was staying. The CCSO is asking for thoughts and prayers for the family.
