
Annapolis Shooting Suspect Indicted on Hate Crime Charges
Charles Smith, the suspect in the Annapolis mass shooting that left three people dead and six injured, is now facing hate crime charges. The shooting allegedly erupted after Smith got into an argument over a parking spot. Most of the victims were Latino. Smith faces a total of 42 charges, including three counts of first-degree murder and hate crimes. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 31.
