Fratelli Beretta USA Inc. has recalled over 11,000 pounds of Busseto Foods brand charcuterie meat products sold at Sam's Club due to potential salmonella contamination. The affected products were produced on October 30, 2023, and include 18-oz. trays of "Busseto Foods Charcuterie Sampler" with a best-by date of April 27, 2024. The recall affects several states, and consumers are advised to discard or return the products. The issue was identified after a sample tested positive for salmonella in Minnesota.
