Two Boston Center controllers, Rosilla Owen and Scott Elms, are credited with preventing a pilot from being disabled by hypoxia by quickly recognizing his unresponsiveness and directing him to descend to a lower altitude, where his condition improved. The pilot had a kink in his oxygen line, and the controllers' prompt action averted a potential emergency situation.
