"Multiple Small Planes Make Emergency Landings Near Dulles Airport"
A small commuter airplane, Southern Airways Express flight 246, made an emergency landing on the Loudoun County Parkway near Dulles International Airport with seven people on board, and no injuries were reported. The single-engine Cessna 208 Caravan had just taken off from the airport before the emergency landing occurred.
