Cell phone explosion saves cowboy from jaguar attack
A 40-year-old rancher in Brazil was saved from a jaguar attack when the big cat's bite caused his cell phone to explode in his pocket. The man suffered extensive injuries to his limbs, including a broken arm, and a second-degree burn from the exploding phone. He was transported to a clinic for surgery and further monitoring. The jaguar is believed to have survived the incident and fled back into the wild.
