Serial Sexual Assaulter Arrested in LA Area, Police Seek More Victims
The Los Angeles Police Department is seeking additional potential victims after the arrest of Cedric Tinsley, who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her Northridge home. Tinsley was apprehended in Simi Valley while driving the victim's car.
