Atlanta CDC worker identified as victim in fatal shooting, suspect charged with murder.
Amy St. Pierre, a CDC Public Health Advisor, was identified as the woman killed in the Atlanta shooting at a medical facility. The suspect, Deion Patterson, has been charged with murder and aggravated assault. Four other victims were injured in the attack. Patterson is a former member of the U.S. Coast Guard. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
