Police search for missing toddler and noncustodial mother in San Francisco.
The San Francisco Police Department is searching for a missing 1-year-old toddler, Caspian Tamulevich, who was last seen with his mother, Chelsea, at a residential facility on the 200 block of Ashbury Street. Chelsea is listed as a child abduction suspect by the department, as she has no custody rights over Caspian and is not allowed to leave the facility with him due to a court order. Anyone with information on their possible whereabouts should contact the SFPD.
