DUI charges have been dropped against Khazar Momeni, the sister of Nima Momeni, who is accused of killing Cash App founder Bob Lee. Khazar Momeni was arrested for crashing her $150,000 Mercedes into multiple cars in San Francisco while under the influence. She was initially charged with hit-and-run, but the charges have been discharged pending further investigation. Prosecutors have not yet received a toxicology report for the incident. Nima Momeni, Khazar's brother, remains charged with Lee's murder.
