Polaris plans to spin off Indian Motorcycle into a standalone company by selling a majority stake to private equity firm Carolwood LP, expected to be completed in Q1 2026, which will allow both businesses to focus on their core strengths and growth strategies, and is projected to be accretive to Polaris's EBITDA and EPS.
