
Louisville Police Crack Down on Reckless Driving with Seizures and Rumble Strips
Louisville Metro Police Department seized a Dodge Challenger involved in reckless driving and street racing under a new ordinance that allows them to keep seized cars for up to six months and fine owners up to $2,000. The driver was caught on camera sliding the car at Shawnee Park and an intersection on Witherspoon Street and Preston Highway, and also clipping a few people with the car. Police have seized about 40 vehicles currently.
