Delaware State Police are investigating a homicide that occurred during an unsanctioned car meet in New Castle, Delaware. A 17-year-old male was found with multiple gunshot wounds and later died at the hospital, while a 21-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to his foot and is in stable condition. The incident occurred after a confrontation where numerous shots were fired, and the suspects fled the scene.
