The deal includes $60 million fully guaranteed at signing, with a 2024 cap hit of just $7.4 million. While the contract provides security for Jones for three years, the Chiefs have structured it to have small cap commitments after that, allowing them to potentially walk away if necessary. With 60 players under contract, the team currently has an estimated $734,000 in cap space, which could increase if cornerback L’Jarius Sneed is traded.
