Canterbury School's Security Director Arrested for Felony Gun Possession
Wyatt Henderson, the Director of Security at Canterbury School, was arrested for allegedly possessing a gun as a convicted felon. A private investigator hired to complete background checks on security guards at the school provided documented evidence that Henderson was prohibited from having a gun due to his prior conviction. Henderson had been openly carrying a gun while performing his duties at the school. Canterbury School officials stated that they take security matters seriously and are deferring to their attorneys to interpret and advise them further. Henderson posted bond and is out of jail. It is unclear if he is still employed at the school.
