Rare Whiskey Lottery Draws Popularity in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is holding a limited-release lottery for rare whiskeys, featuring 11 products including Van Winkle Special Reserve Straight Bourbon 12-Year-Old and Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whiskey. Participants can opt into all of the drawings but can only win one. Lottery drawings will be witnessed by an independent third party and winners will be selected at random by a computer program.
